The transactional section consists of all areas associated with Hometown Bank's eBank. The eBank area includes sections accessed from the "login box" link on the home page. In the online banking transactional section, a single cookie is used for the transactional session information only. A unique session number appended with a number associated with Hometown Bank's information, is stored in a "session cookie" as part of the log on process. No customer or transaction data is ever placed in the cookie.

These per-session or temporary cookies are stored only for the current browsing session and are deleted from the user's computer when their browser is closed and they have confirmed their logout from the eBank service.

No disclosures outside of exceptions

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. We may disclose all of the information we collect as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
